Seven questions, about two minutes

Find out what is
actually worth automating.

Tell us where the week really goes. We will come back with the first thing worth automating in your business, and the parts that should stay human.

Heads up. Answers sent from this page reach us by email while we finish wiring up the rest. Nothing is lost, and you will hear back the same way.

Which of these cost you real time every week?

Tick everything that applies.

A rough number is fine. "Invoice chasing, maybe 6 hours" tells us plenty.

Does the business handle regulated or confidential client information?
When do you need something working?

No client names and no confidential client information, please. We only need the shape of how the work moves, never the contents.

Before you fill it in

What happens after I send this?

A person reads it. If there is a fit, you get an invitation to a blueprint session. If there is not, we will say so and point you somewhere more useful. Nobody is added to a drip sequence.

What is a blueprint session?

A working session where we map one process the way it actually runs, rank the automation candidates by what each is worth to you, and write down what should stay human. You keep the map whether or not you hire us.

Our work is regulated. Does that rule us out?

The opposite. Regulated and confidential-data firms are most of who we work with. The blueprint draws an explicit line around anything under supervision, audit scope, or a confidentiality obligation, so the build never crosses it.

How long does the readiness check take?

About two minutes. Seven questions, and rough answers are fine. The longer ten-minute intake comes later, after a session is booked.
