Simple Intelligence ("we," "us") operates simpleintelligencegroup.com and simpleintelligence.io. This policy describes what we collect on this website and how we handle it.

Information We Collect

When you use our contact or application forms, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company details, and message. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

How We Use It

We use contact information to respond to your inquiry and, where you request it, to provide information about our products. We use logs to protect the site, diagnose problems, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell personal information.

Where It Lives

This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Transactional email is delivered through our email service provider. Data may be processed in the United States.

Retention

We keep the inquiry you submit for 90 days after you send it, then delete it. That window applies whether or not someone on our team has already picked the inquiry up.

Two cases run on a different clock. While we are still trying to deliver an inquiry to the systems that handle it, we keep it until those attempts finish, because deleting it mid-delivery would lose your request. If delivery stops for good, either because the attempts ran out or because the record cannot be sent at all, we mark that date, alert our team, keep the record for 90 days from that date, and then delete the personal information in it. What remains after that is an operational record with no personal information in it.
