Microsoft-native operational software

AI-native software for
complex operations.

Replace fragmented legacy systems with focused products built on Azure, connected through Microsoft 365, and designed so a person approves the work before it ships.

Simple Time starts on your own today. Four more are running and open through a conversation.

One piece of work moving through the platform. The first four stages happen before anything leaves the system. The fifth is a person approving it. Only work that passes the fifth stage reaches the last three.
  1. Business signal
  2. Bounded context
  3. Agent preparation
  4. Reviewable artifact
  5. Human approval
  6. Controlled execution
  7. Evidence
  8. Governed outcome

Orange marks where a person decides

The thread is the operating pattern, not the product boundary. Each Simple Intelligence product applies it to a different part of complex operations.

That covers time and billing, project delivery, revenue operations, marketing, service management, governance, integration, Microsoft 365 administration, and other complex operational systems the portfolio has products for.

These are software products you license and run, not consulting engagements or custom builds. One identity model, one security posture, one design language across all of them.

Every product stands alone. They are also the pieces SimpleOS is designed to compose into, which is the direction the portfolio is heading rather than something on offer today. SimpleOS is coming soon.

Three principles every Simple Intelligence product is built on

Tenant isolation as construction

Multi-tenant from day one. One code path serves every customer, with tenant isolation enforced at the data layer, not bolted on at the API.

Agents with audit, not autonomy

Domain records written by AI are designed to carry an AI-generated marker, confidence, and reasoning. Multi-step workflows declare a human review point before anything reaches production.

Microsoft-native, governed adoption

Sign-in runs through your Entra tenant and the products run on Azure, so access and audit follow the directory your reviewers already read. Storage is tenant-isolated, with the posture stated on each product's page.

Find the products built for your industry.

Twelve industries. Every product is tagged to where it actually fits, so you only see what's relevant. Pick yours.

5 categories. 13 products. One Microsoft stack.

Each product stands alone and composes with the rest. They share one identity model, one security posture, and one design language, and they join up through SimpleOS and the Microsoft services you already run. This is the portfolio as it stands today rather than the whole of what is being built. Availability differs by product, and each card says where that product stands today.

Platform

The platform tier.

The substrate every Simple Intelligence product runs on, plus the agentic PSA flagship composed from the wedges.

Simple Ops

The planned home for the operational products, not a product itself.

Six of the products in this portfolio cover work that most organizations run as one continuous operation: winning the work, planning it, doing it, billing it, marketing it, and administering the tenant underneath. Buying six things that behave like six things is a worse outcome than buying one. Simple Ops is the decision to organize those six under a single name and a single lifecycle. It is a decision, not a release. Nothing has been built under the name, nothing is for sale under it, and every one of the six is bought, signed into, and used on its own today.

Simple Atlas

The layer that holds the authority an agent is deliberately not given.

Solutions Partners are under pressure to ship AI offerings to downstream customers, with neither the engineering capacity nor the budget to build a multi-tenant AI platform from scratch. Simple Atlas is the substrate every Simple Intelligence product runs on: a Foundry-routed model gateway, a broker that holds an agent request against a customer tenant behind a signed approval and a kill switch, and an evidence trail per tenant. It is in build and is not on sale. Partner commercial terms are not set and are not published.

SimpleOS

SimpleOS

The planned shell where the products a customer already has are used together.

A customer running four Simple Intelligence products signs into four applications, and the seams between them become their problem to manage. SimpleOS is the planned answer: one place a person signs in with their existing Microsoft work account and sees the products their organization is entitled to. A shell of it is built and deployed internally. It is not open to customers, it does not bill anything, and it is not the same thing as Simple Ops, which is the planned suite of operational products rather than the surface they would be reached through.

Business Apps

Run your operation on Microsoft 365.

Time, projects, CRM, service, iPaaS. Microsoft-native, multi-tenant, Entra-authenticated.

Simple Time
In Production

Simple Time

The Microsoft 365 timesheet that closes the billable-hours leak.

Most PSAs lose 8 to 15 percent of billable hours every week because techs forget to log them. Simple Time captures time from Teams calls, Outlook calendar, and Microsoft Graph activity automatically. Suggested entries arrive with confidence and reasoning attached, a manager approves with one click, and invoicing sees only what passed the seam.

Simple Projects
In Production

Simple Projects

Project delivery that starts at the signed scope of work.

The plan and the contract drift apart in week two. Simple Projects reads the signed statement of work, drafts phases, tasks, dependencies, and the exclusions the document rules out, and asks a delivery lead to approve it before anything is committed. Tasks the model writes carry a confidence score and the sentence from the SOW that justifies them, so a lead accepts or rejects on evidence.

Simple Growth

The CRM that reads your Microsoft 365 calendar, not your data entry.

HubSpot bolts onto Outlook with a plugin. Salesforce is its own world that your Microsoft estate has to be taught about. Simple Growth is Microsoft-native from the first sign-in: calendar events with an external attendee become activities against the right company and deal, Teams Phone call records are ingested and analysed, and meeting briefings arrive before the meeting rather than after it. Drafted quote lines and proposals carry the confidence and reasoning behind them, and a person sends them.

Simple Service

Simple Service

ITSM on Microsoft 365, without the ConnectWise tax.

ConnectWise and Autotask charge several times what a modern stack costs, for features most technicians never open. Simple Service is a help desk built on Microsoft identity: tickets with SLA policies and running numbers per tenant, clients and assets, a knowledge base, a Teams surface with adaptive cards and an approval flow, and a signed cross-product intake so every other product in the portfolio raises tickets in one place. The agent side proposes resolutions and evaluates them against guardrails; executing one against a customer system needs a named person to approve it, and that path is switched off until the delegated-access model is in place.

SimpleFlow

Multi-tenant iPaaS and AI Foundry agent runtime on Azure.

n8n was not built for MSPs. Zapier was not built for regulated workloads. SimpleFlow is designed to run workflow and agent execution on Azure Logic Apps Standard and AI Foundry Agent Service, deployed per tenant into the customer's own Azure subscription through Azure Lighthouse, so the workflows are the customer's own Azure resources under their own governance. The control-plane record is designed to carry which workflows exist, their version history, and the audit trail of privileged actions taken on the customer's behalf.

Simple Marketing
In Production · Phase 1

Simple Marketing

Marketing automation built for the Microsoft 365 partner channel.

HubSpot and Marketo were built before AI agents, and before Microsoft 365 became the place work actually happens. Simple Marketing runs audiences, campaigns, content, and attribution on multi-tenant Azure, with delivery through SendGrid or the customer's own Microsoft 365 tenant, and a consent ledger that treats permission as a record rather than a checkbox. A partner ships campaigns under their own brand, on their own sending domain, on infrastructure they can hand to an auditor.

Adoption your reviewers can follow.

Buyers in financial services, healthcare, and the public sector do not get to adopt AI on trust. Our products are built to be adopted alongside the Microsoft environment those teams already run, so the identity an agent acts under and the record of what it did stay legible to the reviewers who have to sign off.

Microsoft identity, Azure runtime

Sign-in runs through your Entra tenant, so access follows the directory and the conditional access policies you already enforce. The products run on Azure. Storage is tenant-isolated, and the posture is set per product and stated on that product's page rather than promised across the portfolio.

Provenance designed into domain records

AI-generated domain records are designed to carry an AI-generated marker, confidence, and reasoning. Each product page states what that product implements today.

An evidence layer in development

Simple Council is the compliance plane above Agent 365: continuous evidence, hash-chained audit, framework-mapped controls. The evidence engine and the auditor export are built and tested, and the production deployment is live. Customer-tenant validation and early-access onboarding are still pending.

Products designed to be invoked as agents, and audited like agents.

Plain-language invocation from Teams chat, authenticated against the identity your organization already runs, with the record of what the agent did kept per tenant. The seam your CISO defends.

Governance plane

Simple Council

The compliance layer above Agent 365: continuous evidence, hash-chained audit, framework-mapped controls. In development. The evidence engine and the auditor export are built and tested, and the production deployment is live; customer-tenant validation and early-access onboarding are still pending.

Every product

Agent surfaces by design

Each Business App and AI Infrastructure surface is built to land with a Copilot Studio agent and to attach to Council governance as Council ships. Availability differs by product, and each product page says where that product actually stands.

Opinionated where it matters.

01

Microsoft-native by default.

Identity, data, runtime, and audit stay inside the Microsoft environment your organization already runs. We build to meet customers there rather than asking them to stand up something new alongside it.

02

Multi-tenant from day one.

Every product is built with tenant isolation as an architectural assumption, not a retrofit. One code path serving every customer tenant, zero single-tenant carve-outs.

03

Agents with audit, not autonomy.

Where a product writes a domain record with AI, that record is designed to carry an AI-generated marker, a confidence value, and the reasoning behind it. Multi-step workflows declare a human review point before anything reaches production. Where a product embeds an MCP server, its tool calls write to a per-tenant audit table, and that write is deliberately best-effort so a failed audit never breaks a customer's read.

04

Foundry-routed, BYOL where regulated.

Model access routes through Azure AI Foundry by default. Where regulated workloads demand it, customers bring their own model license and we route to it. No single-vendor lock-in; no data-moat categories.
