Simple Intelligence builds multi-tenant AI products on Azure, and we are designing a partner program around them. The partner program has not opened, and we are hearing from the firms who want a say in what it becomes. The commercial terms are not set.
Three motions we are designing for.
None of the three is open for business yet. Each card says which parts are built and which are not, so you can judge the gap between them for yourself rather than take our word for the total.
Attach AI to your existing Microsoft 365 customers
Put Simple Intelligence agents in front of tenants you already manage, and stay the firm those customers deal with.
Built today. The products run multi-tenant against a customer's own Microsoft tenant, and sign-in works today wherever a product is open.
Not built yet. There is no attached-SKU billing and no consumption meter a partner can resell against. Anything a customer buys today, they buy from Simple Intelligence.
Offer a product under your own brand
Put your name, your logo, and your colours on the product surfaces your customers use.
Built today. Tenant branding is real. Your name, logo, and colours render across the product surfaces, set from an admin-gated form.
Not built yet. Custom domains do not resolve yet, and there is no partner pricing or partner-billed invoicing. Purchase and invoicing run through Simple Intelligence, which stays the counterparty on the customer agreement. Marketplace listings and checkout keep Simple Intelligence branding for the same reason.
Build your own product on the platform
Use the Simple Intelligence substrate instead of building multi-tenant identity, governance, and model routing yourself.
Built today. The multi-tenant identity, visibility, and audit rules are implemented and in production use across the shipped products.
Not built yet. Simple Atlas is not a product you can build against today. It is specification and a pilot deployment, there is no SDK to install, and no third party has shipped anything on it.
The five layers of Simple Atlas.
This is the platform Atlas is being built as, published so you can judge whether it fits before the program opens. Layers land at different times, and the notes below say where each one stands.
Foundry-routed model gateway with eval on every call, fallback paths, and per-tenant audit captured to a shared store. Cost-aware routing: drafting hits the cheap tier, heavy generation hits the mid tier, explicit reasoning hits the top tier. BYOL where the customer's regulator requires it.
Workflow and agent execution running in the customer's own Azure subscription rather than ours. The product this was being built as is paused, and the design that would keep run content out of our reach is written up and not implemented. Treat this layer as a direction, not as something you can sell.
Cross-product agent tool federation: one registry through which an agent reaches the tools a tenant is entitled to, ours and your own, with the calls recorded per tenant. The registry is being built alongside the products that would publish tools into it.
Identity, per-tenant branding, and internal-auto-join primitives, packaged as a drop-in SDK against the same multi-tenant ruleset every Simple Intelligence product is built on. It is not packaged yet. The primitives exist inside the products and there is no SDK a partner can take, so nothing here can be white-labeled or resold today.
Billing and Azure Marketplace transaction handling, with a partner ledger for attribution and payout reporting that is in build and is not running. Building it does not settle what a partner would be paid, which is a commercial decision and is not made.
We are not publishing a split yet.
You will find a revenue share on most pages like this one, and you will not find one here. There is a number we have argued about internally, and we are not printing it, because there is no partner agreement to sign it into and no ledger running that could pay it. A published split is worth something only if the mechanism behind it can honour it, and ours cannot yet. We would rather tell you that than have you build a model on a figure we have to take back.
What we will say: there is no fee to talk to us, we are not asking anybody for a commitment, and the firms in these conversations now are the ones who will shape what the terms end up being. Nothing binds either of us until it is in a signed agreement.
