Healthcare
Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, with a decision trail your compliance officer can read.
Explore operational workflows for healthcare organizations and the data boundaries they require. Clinical documentation, payer automation, and EHR connectors must be validated separately before use. This page does not represent those capabilities as available today.
Built for Healthcare
Products tuned to this industry's workflows.
Works across every industry
Our core stack runs the operational backbone for Healthcare, the same as every vertical we serve.
Simple Time
The Microsoft 365 timesheet that closes the billable-hours leak.
Manual time entry can miss work and leave billing records incomplete. Simple Time captures time from Teams calls, Outlook calendar, and Microsoft Graph activity automatically. Suggested entries arrive with confidence and reasoning attached, a manager approves with one click, and invoicing sees only what passed the seam.
Simple Projects
Project delivery that starts at the signed scope of work.
The plan and the contract drift apart in week two. Simple Projects reads the signed statement of work, drafts phases, tasks, dependencies, and the exclusions the document rules out, and asks a delivery lead to approve it before anything is committed. Tasks the model writes carry a confidence score and the sentence from the SOW that justifies them, so a lead accepts or rejects on evidence.
Simple Growth
The CRM that reads your Microsoft 365 calendar, not your data entry.
HubSpot bolts onto Outlook with a plugin. Salesforce is its own world that your Microsoft estate has to be taught about. Simple Growth is Microsoft-native from the first sign-in: calendar events with an external attendee become activities against the right company and deal, Teams Phone call records are ingested and analysed, and meeting briefings arrive before the meeting rather than after it. Drafted quote lines and proposals carry the confidence and reasoning behind them, and a person sends them.
Simple Service
ITSM on Microsoft 365, without the ConnectWise tax.
ConnectWise and Autotask charge several times what a modern stack costs, for features most technicians never open. Simple Service is a help desk built on Microsoft identity: tickets with SLA policies and running numbers per tenant, clients and assets, a knowledge base, a Teams surface with adaptive cards and an approval flow, and a signed cross-product intake so every other product in the portfolio raises tickets in one place. The agent side proposes resolutions and evaluates them against guardrails; executing one against a customer system needs a named person to approve it, and that path is switched off until the delegated-access model is in place.
SimpleFlow
Multi-tenant iPaaS and AI Foundry agent runtime on Azure.
n8n was not built for MSPs. Zapier was not built for regulated workloads. SimpleFlow is designed to run workflow and agent execution on Azure Logic Apps Standard and AI Foundry Agent Service, deployed per tenant into the customer's own Azure subscription through Azure Lighthouse, so the workflows are the customer's own Azure resources under their own governance. The control-plane record is designed to carry which workflows exist, their version history, and the audit trail of privileged actions taken on the customer's behalf.
Simple Marketing
Marketing automation built for the Microsoft 365 partner channel.
HubSpot and Marketo were built before AI agents, and before Microsoft 365 became the place work actually happens. Simple Marketing runs audiences, campaigns, content, and attribution on multi-tenant Azure, with delivery through SendGrid or the customer's own Microsoft 365 tenant, and a consent ledger that treats permission as a record rather than a checkbox. A partner ships campaigns under their own brand, on their own sending domain, on infrastructure they can hand to an auditor.
SimpleForge
Zero-retention AI infrastructure for firms whose client data is not allowed to rest anywhere.
Some organizations restrict where sensitive information may be processed because of contracts, internal policy, or regulatory requirements. Whether a model service is appropriate depends on its configuration, agreements, controls, and the data involved; HIPAA and SOC 2 do not impose a blanket prohibition on all hosted language models. SimpleForge is being built as the substrate underneath that constraint: a workflow engine that holds the data a run touches in memory only, purges it when the run ends, and sweeps anything a crash leaves behind, so there is no disk, database, or cache holding client content. The retention machinery is built and tested. The model that would run under it is not, and until it does, SimpleForge protects a workflow rather than an inference.
